Which side wins this fantasy football trade: Puka Nacua or Tank Dell?

Question context

I'd like to see if Puka is still considered more valuable even with the supposedly soon return of Kupp. (I'm gunning for Achane or Dell on the waiver wire. The Puka owner has Keenan, Evans, Olave and isn't great at RB. I could waiver Dell straight up to help my team. Or I could waiver Achane and potentially trade for Puka if folks are still high on him.) (Waivering Achane would also stop a RB-needy team from improving, possibly forcing them to trade for one of my RBs. Also, I might be able to grab Thielen as a consolation prize instead of Dell.)
