Who should I start: Brian Thomas Jr. or Austin Ekeler?

Question context

I'm a contender that has had some rough injuries this year, I know Brian Robinson Jr is back so that'll hurt Ekeler, but BTJ has Mac Jones throwing him the ball... I feel like both options are pretty poor, I'm just looking for some additional thoughts
