Which side wins this fantasy football trade: Ja'Marr Chase + Dameon Pierce or Tee Higgins + Cooper Kupp?

Question context
Hypothetical offer... my QB currently is Joe Burrow, and I would love to pair him up with Chase. The more I think about it, the more I think Kupp is due for a regression, while Chase is primed to do even better than he did last year. My RB2 situation is iffy, with Antonio Gibson, Devin Singletary, and CEH currently my guys I have to choose from. I think I'd likely start Gibson over Pierce right now, but I could see Pierce end up having a better season long term pretty easily than all the RBs currently on my roster.
