Should I Use #4 Waiver on Justin Fields?

I have Jalen hurts as qb and need a wr to pair with AJ Brown as well as an rb flex as my two holes of MUST need to fill, or should I stay pat and see if I stay put, to move up to waiver # 2 or 1 and fill the positions of need as this is the most crucial important decision at this juncture in the fantasy season season at 6-3 record or do I let Fields go to an opponent that needs a qb desperately? My friend and i were thinking of saving it and see if we could move to waivers 3-1 priority OR we attempt to try to claim FIelds at waiver 4 attempt to trade him with Cortland Sutton for WR and RB flex of need as they are our weakest positions. We have Jalen Hurts at QB and are 6-3. Weeks 15, 16, 17 are playoffs and the trade deadline is sat Nov 19
