Who should I draft: Justin Fields, Michael Carter, or Rashod Bateman?

Question context
I took over a god awful orphan team in a 1 QB league. No real strengths besides a couple WR2/3's and a low end TE1. I have picks: 1.9,1.10, and 2.02. I am hoping to get Elijah Moore at 1.09 and I'm not sure if I should just take the next best receiver or reach for other positions. I can probably fade QB at 1.10 and get at least Wilson or Lance at 2.02 though I am a Chicago native so the idea of getting Fields is enticing.
