Should I Use #2 Waiver on Cole Kmet?

I currently have Evan Engram and Zach Ertz as my two rostered TEs. Zach Ertz has a bit of added value perhaps due to my QB being Jayden Daniels, but Kmet would probably be a significant upgrade. Perhaps even better than Engram if he's able to get back on the field? Hamstring injuries are brutal though...
