Question context

I am in a 20 team league with no QB position, but 1 SuperFlex spot. I have 2 QB's, Deshaun Watson (2nd round pick) and Joe Burrow (11th round pick, 20 rounds) Someone actually put Stafford, a 5th round pick in a 20 team 20 round draft, on waivers. While I am not QB needy, I do think that if I get him off waivers, it gives me a lot of trade power. What % of FAAB would you spend on this early season acquisition?
