Which side wins this fantasy football trade: Kyren Williams or Courtland Sutton?

Question context

I’d be getting Kyren. My WRs are Nico, Sutton, Tet, and Jennings. RBs are Henry, Judkins, Vidal, Henderson, Haskins (gonna drop), and then Hampton and Benson on IR. Gut is telling me not to give up Sutton especially with Nico possibly missing this week and underperforming in general.
