Who should I start: Mark Andrews or Laviska Shenault Jr?

Question context

The matchup is very tough for Andrews (Colts give up the least points to TE's) and is pretty good for Shenault; the new QB may be dumping off short passes to him all day. Am I crazy to start Shenault over Andrews at Flex?
