Which side wins this fantasy football trade: David Montgomery or Darren Waller?

Unfortunately just found out that CMC is done for the season after being placed on IR. Can't say I'm in good shape at RB now with my only other backs besides Cordarelle Patterson being Matt Breida and Ty Johnson. At TE, I'm a little bit more deep -- behind Waller, I have Noah Fant and Dallas Goedert. Montgomery seems like a good RB to trade for at the moment because he's not lighting it up, but he very well could be in the coming weeks as he'll be facing opposing defenses who aren't good against the run. I suppose I could throw in Matt Breida into this trade offer to make it potentially more enticing, but just want to see what people think of this baseline offer for now.
