Who should I draft: Kenneth Walker III or Drake London?

Question context
In 2nd year of rebuild. Have 1.01, 1.02, 1.04, and 1.09 this year. Plan to take Hall 1.01 but am unsure whether to take KWIII or London with 1.02. I currently have 0 starting caliber RB and 2-3 borderline wr2. Should I keep stacking WR, or take the RB to build up a core group? I have (3) 2023 1st and (2) 2024 1st for added info.
