Which side wins this fantasy football trade: Michael Carter + Kirk Cousins + Robert Woods + Kadarius Toney or Cooper Kupp + Derek Carr?

Question context
I made this offer for Kupp. Do you thimk this is enough? The Kupp owner is desperate at RB. He has Zeke and Brandon Bolden starting this week, and AJ Dillon and Khalil Herbert are the only other RB's on his roster. I was thinking of offering him Kareem Hunt, but Hunt can't help him now. My other RB's are: Nick Chubb, Joe Mixon, Kareem Hunt, Michael Carter, Adrian Peterson, and Ty Johnson.
