Who should I pick up: N'Keal Harry, James White, or DeeJay Dallas?

Question context

I made a 3 for 1 trade, so I opened up 2 more roster spots. James White is possibly the best option, but he is over 30 years old now, and I cannot put him in my Taxi squad. DeeJay Dallas has 1 more year of Taxi eligibilty.
