Which side wins this fantasy football trade: Amon-Ra St. Brown + Aaron Jones + Russell Wilson or Lamar Jackson?

Superflex. I want Lamar to start alongside Hurts. I'd still have Justin Jefferson, Garrett Wilson, Nabers, Dell, Odunze at WR. Kamara, Achance, Chuba/Brooks, and Braelon Allen at RB. (My depth would end up wonky, but this seems like a high upside move in Superflex. I'd be hoping for Odunze, Dell, or Braelon to emerge as startable. And I could grab Valdes-Scantling and Diontae to improve my bench.)
