Who should I draft: Jamaal Williams or Jermar Jefferson?

Getting deep in a 12 team startup draft. I drafted D'Andre Swift in round 3, who do I go after first as his cuff? Jamaal Williams will probably handle most of that work in 2021-22, but Jefferson could be the guy for further down the road. Dynasty, so I'm not just looking at 2021.
